Warranty Policy

All defective merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for a replacement within 365 days from the original purchase date. The warranty does not cover physically damaged merchandise. All warranty replacements are required to have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Return Policy

Malfunctioning Parts:

If product purchased from Etrade Supply does not function properly (physical damage or damage caused by incorrect installation and usage are excluded) within 365 days from the original purchase date. Customers may initiate a RMA for an exchange or refund request.

0 - 30 Days:

All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within thirty (30) days after the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange excluding shipping.

31 - 60 Days:

All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 31 to 60 days from the original purchase date. Refunded amount will be the current selling price or purchase price, whichever is lower.

61 - 90 Days:

All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 61 to 90 days from the original purchase date. Refunded amount will be the current selling price or purchase price, whichever is lower, minus 20% processing fee. Refund amount will be given as a coupon (expires 90 days after date issued) to be used at checkout.

91+ Days:

No refunds will be given after ninety (90) days from the original purchase date. Partially cost will be charged for an exchange request.
